Confidence overflow!

We were on a translink bus.

Hasti: Do you know how to unload the bike from bike rack?
Amir: What! I have been biking in Vancouver for two years. I even broke one of my hands while biking! You expect me to not know how to unload a bike?

...

When I wanted to unload the bike, I encountered a bike rack which I didn't know how it works (apparently, Translink installed a new kind of bike racks on some buses).

The only man in the washroom!

Last night, some of my friends and I went to a pub. The washroom in the pub has something unique. In vancouver, it is common to hang pictures and photos in the pub's washrooms. In the men's washroom of this pub, there were five large photos of lesbians. As one of my friends mentioned, the good point about this washroom is that you are the only man in the washroom.

Am I luckey?

Two days ago, I recieved two $50.00 ITunes' gift cards for free from Apple. I think I won those by entering my information at one of our campus store. At first, I thought that I will try to sell the gift cards, but I couldn't find anywhere (anyone) to sell them. I am going to try the craigslist as my last chance.

I think at last, I should buy an IPod to be able to use the cards.

Bad Lock

I think I am the bad lock for Canucks (Vancouver's hockey team). I watched their live competitions four times with my friends in Mountain Shadow pub. In all these four matches, Cancuks lost the game.

I here announce that I will watch the next Canucks match, live, except the Canucks' fan pay me 1000$.

Last night, we gathered around Vancouver Art Gallery to condemn election results in Iran. As a part of the event, we lighted some candles. The fire department forced the event's organizer to have some fire extinguisher ready to use. Compare that with what is going on in Iran.

My birthday

Today is my birthday. I had some plans for my birthday party. I was thinking about having a party in which we celebrate our victory in presidential elections.

But now, I can not understand how Ahmadinejad can be Iran's next president.

Today is the worst day in my life.

My Homepage

After a long time, I am going to finish uploading my homepage. There is only one thing remained: My photo. I should try to find a photo of mine which is suitable for the homepage. But I afraid that I have no such a photo!!

The main problem about setting the homepage up, was registering a domain. At first, I was thinking about an ir domain but unfortunately Amir.ir was registered before. Choosing a generic top-level domain had not been as easy as it might seems. There is no top level domain which is special for homepage but I guessed(!) the .net is the most relevant one.
